Fort Wayne Avenue retained its name.  Liberty Pike was changed to Liberty Avenue and ran from the corner of 5th and South H to the corporation line.  Garden Avenue was the name given to a road running from the junction of Sixth and South E Streets, southwesterly to Fifth Street.

North Park was changed to Park Place.  Elm Street was changed to Elm Place.  The alley called Smith Street, being used simply as an alley, had its name discontinued.

In 1894, Williamsburg Avenue became Bridge Avenue.
